ANNOTATION to the article № 7         go to article SHORE-PROTECTING MULTILEVEL INTELLECTUAL DAM Based on the basic concept of the development of the coastal zone of Israel, a chore-protecting multilevel intellectual dam is proposed that runs along the coast from Nahariya to Ashkelon, consisting, depending on local conditions, of a series of bridges, under which placed converters and additional sea waves energy dissipators , as well as a series of artificial underwater reefs with energy converters of sea waves . Throughout the length of the intellectual dam, on bridges, or in tunnels laid in the body of underwater reefs, a high-speed multi-lane motorway has laid connecting all the cities of the coast. Depending on the volume of car traffic communication with the coastal road network is carried out using interchanges on bridges or at underwater tunnels. ANNOTATION to the article № 6         go to article GEOSTRATEGIC PREREQUISITES FOR THE CREATION OF A MILTIFUNCTIONAL INDUSTRIAL CLUSTER IN THE MEDITERRANEAN COASTAL WATERS OF ISRAEL The features of the implementation of the multidisciplinary foresight project of the industrial and transport-logistics cluster located along the Mediterranean coast of Israel are considered. Given the relevance and importance of such a major project for Israel, the large-scale investment contribution of Baron Rothschild to the comprehensive development of Eretz Israel is analyzed. It is concluded that the development of such a national resource as the territorial sea will change the geopolitical structure of the state, its industry, communications and population distribution. Mainly with this in mind, it is necessary to consider the cost-effectiveness of the project, and calculate the cost recovery taking into account the multifactorial benefits of the future period. Moreover, the project should be implemented in stages under the constant long-term control of the state structure and on the basis of the developed concept for the development of coastal waters and the coast. ANNOTATION to the article № 3         go to article ON THE MULTIFACTOR APPROACH TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF ISRAEL TERRITORIAL SEA Three main interrelated factors hindering the development of the territorial sea are considered: the absence of a permanent coordinating organization; insufficient development of legislation, rules and regulations on activities in the coastal zone; the absence of a separate long-term concept of the development of the territorial sea and the coast, as part of the development strategy of the entire maritime space of Israel. In the conceptual project proposed the creation of a multi-profile coastal cluster containing industrial zones on artificial islands, a residential and health resort complex along the coast, and a multifunctional intellectual system of hydraulic structures located between them along the entire coast, also performing a transport and logistics function, combining the coast, residential and health resort complex and industrial areas.
